- All costs are estimates based upon initial information provided by client and are subject to change as the scope of the project is refined.
- Custom plugins and functionality are all billed at $75 – $100 / hour. An estimate for the custom item will be given up front.
- First hour of training is included for all packages. Each editional hour needed is billed at $45 / hour minumum of an hour.
- Ongoing Maintnance and updates are billed hourly at $40 / hour, and only include basic text changes, swaping of images, and swapping out of other media. Ask us about our Monthly maintanance plans.
- Search Engine Optimization is billed hourly at $75 hour and will be defined in a seperate contract.
- All packages includes the design, development, programming and publishing of a WordPress website in standards compliant HTML, CSS, PHP and/or MySQL format. Site will be tested on all major and current browsers. Support for antiquated browsers (such as Internet Explorer 10) is NOT included and may incur additional fees on a case-by-case basis.
- Content on a “Subpage” is to be approximately 1-6 paragraphs of text (provided by client), with up to 6 photos (also provided by client). This includes up to two rounds of revision of each page. Pages that exceed this length, or feature more complex functionality, will be considered “Complex Subpages” and scoped on a case-by-case basis at an hourly rate.
- “Responsive design” means that the site will reformat itself for a list of handheld or tablet devices, and is included with all new WordPress websites.
- Completed site and all its published content belong to client; KBS retains no ownership.
